Clalit Health Services is Israel’s foremost national health organization, boasting more than 4.7 million members. The Dan district of Clalit Health Services is strategically positioned at the heart of Israel, encompassing 14 cities. Within this district, community healthcare services are extended to over 500,000 patients, covering a comprehensive spectrum of healthcare needs.
The Dan Innovation Hub is an R&D center based on three main pillars:

Entrepreneurship team: Supporting ideas incubation and projects development using "Design Thinking" methodology.

Research team: supporting big data studies in a regional or national level.

The "Future Clinic": A multidisciplinary community clinic comprising of research and innovation oriented experts. Serving as a beta site for piloting, innovative research and exploring new practice methods.

Maya Gerstein, MD., Dan-Innovation Head
A Paediatrician, expert in Paediatric Rheumatology, and a clinical researcher.
MD degree from Ben-Gurion University, Pediatrics expert from Sheba Medical Center, and Pediatric Rheumatology from the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto, Canada.
Maya is investigating pediatric auto-inflammatory diseases and is interested in finding new technologies applicable to community medicine, making an impact on patient journies and disease prevention
